TeProD has published a new deliverable Personal Development Roadmap – template to support the
Green, Digital and Pedagogical competencies of HEI teachers.
The teachers formulate Personal development plans (goals and timetable) with aspects of assessment and reflection.
Individualized Personal Development Roadmaps (PDRs) for teachers support their:
- Green Competencies: Ability to integrate sustainability principles into their decisions, actions, and practices in work, education, and daily life.
- Digital Competencies: Proficiency with AI tools, LMS platforms, and digital resources.
- Pedagogical competencies: Innovative teaching strategies, student engagement, and assessment design.
PDR Template
The PDR template includes four key sections:
- Competence requirements
- What I will do to achieve this
- How, where, and when I will develop and demonstrate the competence
- Target date for completion. Added to these are Assessment and Reflection sections.
