Project Partners
TeProD project has five full partner universities from Europe and Africa:


Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland
Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (HHUAS) is an internationally recognised higher education institution renowned for its focus on business and innovation. With approximately 11,000 students and 730 employees, it is one of Northern Europe’s largest business educators. HHUAS specializes in business development, entrepreneurship, sales, service innovations, digital and creative solutions, and pedagogy. Haaga-Helia is actively involved in research, development, and innovation, focusing on practical applications and aligning with local innovation ecosystems. As a member of the European University Alliance: Ulysseus, it hosts the Innovation Hub on Applied AI for Business and Education and operates 15 other labs supporting learning, research, and innovation.
Project contribution:
HHUAS oversees Project Management, including project guide creation, monitoring, and reporting adherence. They ensure project goals are met within set time and budget. HHUAS actively contributes across all Work Packages, leveraging their expertise in education digitalization, AI, and pedagogical design. HHUAS also lead peer group organization.

Technical University of Košice (TUKE) was established in 1952, TUKE has 9 faculties. With over 10,000 students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees, it represents a diverse student body from 40 countries. The Division for Innovation and Technology Transfer actively fosters industry cooperation. Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Košice has extensive experience in international projects, engaging in programs such as H2020, ERASMUS+, INTERREG.TUKE leads an Erasmus+ CBHE project in CA.
Project contribution:
TUKE leads work package which aims fostering collaboration among HEIs, industry, and communities for twin transitions in education. TUKE also manages quality practices and lead tasks assessing HEIs and addressing knowledge gaps. They organize training and support for Sub-Saharan universities’ self-evaluation in all WPs.

University of Ghana, Ghana
The University of Ghana (UG) is the largest university in Ghana, UG’s origins trace back to 1948. UG has recently embarked on a new Strategic Plan and has a distinguished history of successfully managing international projects. UG has an office dedicated to research, innovation, development, and international liaisons. Currently, this office is overseeing a project where UG partnered in the inaugural call of the HEED-Africa intra-mobility project, aiming to enhance the skills and competences of students and staff through increased mobility within African countries. Additionally, UG is an active participant in an EU Erasmus+ project, collaborating with several EU universities.
Project contribution:
UG leads two work packages which focuses on planning, curriculum development and AI in education as well as Dissemination and Exploitation. They are also leading tasks in various WPs, including piloting and university-specific curriculum preparation.

International University of Management, Namibia
The International University of Management (IUM) has over 10,000 students and 365 staff members. Established in 2002 as Namibia’s first private university, IUM’s mission is to educate future managers and entrepreneurs. It serves students from Namibia, 20 African countries, and worldwide. IUM operates five campuses and a Distance and eLearning Centre. Postgraduate studies are managed by the Graduate School of Business, while the Faculties of Strategic Management, Business Administration, ICT, Tourism, Health Sciences, and Education offer various undergraduate and graduate programs, including 8 PhDs, 13 Master’s, and numerous bachelor’s degrees.
Project contribution:
IUM leads work package for course development and mentoring, and oversees tasks including pedagogical workshops, personal development roadmaps, course creation and teacher mentoring.

University of Education Winneba, Ghana
University of Education Winneba (UEW) was founded in 1992, UEW is a Ghanaian institution specializing in teacher education and diverse academic disciplines. It’s committed to climate change and circular economy training, using its research office and various learning facilities. UEW employs pedagogical strategies like active learning, authentic assessment, accelerated courses, ePortfolios, experiential learning, and diversity promotion.
Project contribution:
UEW leads Training and Piloting work package and manages tasks such as twin transition workshops, trainings, collaborative events, and the organization of seminars and webinars.

The Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA)
ADEA (Côte d’Ivoire) serves as a key platform for policy dialogue and collaboration among its members in Africa. It promotes reforms and knowledge sharing among education ministries and development agencies. Established in 1988, it operates under the African Development Bank. ADEA contributes to TeProD by assisting in strategic partnerships and participating in project dissemination.
HeadAI
HeadAI (Finland) is a tech company with 20+ years of experience in providing responsible AI solutions for businesses. They excel in converting data into actionable insights for data-driven decisions. They serve diverse clients, including corporations, governments, and educational institutes. In TeProD, Headai offers education digitalization support to partner universities. They also contribute to strategic partnerships and actively share project updates and achievements on social media.
FastRoi Digital Solutions
FastRoi Digital Solutions Ltd (Ghana) specializes in educational digitalization and plays a key role in supporting partner universities’ digital education efforts. They contribute to co-creation workshops, AI tool customization, raising awareness about digitalization in Ghana, mentoring teachers, giving feedback on project deliverables, and participating in dissemination and exploitation.
Glowdom
Glowdom (Namibia) is SME which specializes in data solutions for business, education, and government. They work with HEIs, offering customized data-driven solutions. In TeProD, they contribute to tasks like AI workshops, tool customization, and are involved in QA, strategic partnership, and dissemination.
