The TeProD Project held its 3rd Project Meeting from December 8–12, 2025, at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Ghana, bringing together partners from across Europe and Africa to advance professional development for the digital and green “Twin Transition” in higher education. Over five days, participants engaged in strategic discussions, co-creation workshops, and field activities aimed at strengthening digital competencies and sustainability skills among educators and students.
The meeting featured sessions on personal development roadmaps, curriculum innovation, and AI applications in education, alongside outreach activities and collaborative planning for future project phases. International facilitators introduced practical tools such as the ABC Learning Design model for course planning and the European Commission’s Green Competencies Framework, highlighting how universities can embed sustainability across disciplines. The event concluded with cultural visits to Kakum National Park and Cape Coast Castle, offering participants a deeper understanding of Ghana’s heritage and history.
